How to Order

Many of these items will take time to make. Each item is hand crafted to order. This system has been devised so you, the customer, would not have to feel that they are putting out valuable information and not receiving a product right away. Many people have also asked about being able to order direct from the web site. Well, this should take care of it.

How to proceed

1. Look through the pages and enjoy the different styles of fountains.
2. Once you have decided on a fountain, fill in the information requested. Some items are there for you to choose. Others are pre-selected due to the style of the fountain being ordered.
3. Make sure that the city, state, and zip code information being filled in is for your billing address. This information will be matched up to the information provided at the time of order placement with credit card or check. ( I want to make sure that you are the one giving the OK to ship your order. )
4. Once your order is received, you will be contacted by e-mail with your order number and given a direct link to your order status page. You will be able to track the status of your order from it. If you requested to mail or fax in your payment information, there will be a confirming order sheet attached that you can print off and fill out.
5. If you decide to mail in the check or credit card information, you can do that when the order is ready to ship. The order status page will notify you of this. I can not ship any order without receiving payment, but you also do not have to mail it out the day you place the order either. You can check the order status page and judge for yourself when you wish to mail or fax the information.
6. I can now accept credit cards over the Internet with a secure page. If you selected this form of payment, there will be a notice on your order status page and a button for you to process your information. ( This is where the information must match exactly ). Payments that do not match, will not be accepted.

Please remember that if you are ordering both a fountain and some accessories to go with that fountain beyond what is already supplied, please note that in the memo portion of both fountain and item being ordered. This way I can combine the both of them when billing and shipping.
